Our practice focuses primarily on advisory services, transactions, intellectual property, employment counseling, and strategic pre-litigation dispute resolution. When litigation is appropriate, we assist clients in evaluating their options and, when necessary, coordinate with experienced litigation counsel.

Because every matter is different, fee arrangements vary depending on the nature of the engagement. Where appropriate, flat-fee services are available for certain matters. Other engagements are billed hourly or under alternative fee arrangements discussed in advance.
